The Bouncer has a weight limit of 225 pounds

What is the product warranty?
The metal parts of the Bouncer are warranted for 90 days. The other components, including the saddle, are not warranted.
Is assembly required?
The Bouncer comes disassembled. Assembly generally takes less than ten minutes to complete and requires only a pair of pliers and a phillips screwdriver. Folding the saddle around the frame and mounting the first bolt can require a little finger strength, so assembly is most easily accomplished by two people. You can find assembly instructions in the product manual, available here.
Will my Bouncer rust?
The metal frame and coupler bars are made of finished steel that is rust-resistant. The fasteners are made of stainless steel and coated with black oxide, making them highly rust resistant. If the Bouncer frame is not submerged in water then it will likely serve for many years, or even decades.

The Bouncer has no distinguishing marks or logos on it of any kind; nothing for a youngster or inquisitive friend to look up on the Web.
How long do Bouncer saddles last?
Saddle wear is highly dependent on the fashion in which the Bouncer is used. As a very rough guide, an average couple may expect 25-50 hours of use before replacement is required. The saddle should be inspected every five hours or so for wear. See complete safety instructions here.
Can the saddle be replaced?
Replacement saddles are available for € 49.95 by mailing customer service.
How soft is the saddle?
The Bouncer saddle is fairly soft to the touch. It will not chafe either partner under most circumstances.
How do I clean the saddle?
The saddle should be cleaned with warm water and, if necessary, a mild detergent that is free of solvents, oils and citric compounds. If necessary the Bouncer saddle can be unbolted and thoroughly cleaned in a sink or shower. Do not expose the frame to water.
Is the hole big enough for us?
To date there have been no complaints regarding the size of the saddle aperture. It tends to lengthen somewhat along the long axis of the saddle when under load, yielding a 4"X5" opening for your intimate connection. This virtually ensures that he won't be chafed.

Which positions should we start with?
Start with the Trot and the Flexer. These positions naturally complement each other, offering energy and nuance at the same time. Once you get the feel of the basic positions it will be a lot easier to experiment more widely with the Groove Gallery.
Which is best: Towel, Talc or Lube?
In most cases using a handtowel with a cross cut in the center is the best way to prepare the Bouncer saddle. This setup yields the least mess and the most comfort. Read more about basic Bouncer setup here.
What's the best way to raise him up under the Bouncer?
Towels are often the best way to raise his body up. Folded so that they fit neatly under Bouncer, they can be used to obtain relatively precise positioning. Note that for most men, a mild flexing of the hips will position him up or down enough to fine-tune the experience. Read more about basic Bouncer setup here.
Should I use the Bouncer on the floor or in the bed?
The bed is often the best location for basic grooves like the Trot and Flexer. However, some people prefer the solid support of the floor as it tends to offer a firmer, more energetic ride. Read more about basic Bouncer setup here
How many grooves do people typically use?
Most people settle on a handfull of grooves that work best for them. Few people try to master the whole Groove Gallery. .
Why does the saddle pinch me when I sit on it?
The saddle is a rubber product that expands and contracts significantly when in use. It is for this reason that towels, talc and water-based lubricants are employed.
Which lubricants can I use?
Use only 100% water-based lubricants on the Bouncer saddle. Never use petroleum jelly, mineral oil or any other kind of oil—natural or synthetic. Over time oil will degrade the integrity of the rubber.
What kind of dildo/vibrator should I use for masturbation?
When executing the Hot Trot, Hot Flex or Hot Hammer you should always use a dildo/vibrator setup that prevents over-penetration. Perhaps the best setup involves a suction-mount dildo (widely available from erotic novelty retailers) placed on an overturned plastic tub or bowl. The key is to make sure that in the (extremely unlikely) event of a saddle failure the shaft won't be suddenly thrust deep into her body.

How safe is the Bouncer?
The Bouncer is designed to be very safe in operation as long as you follow the safety instructions. To our knowledge no one has ever been hurt using a Bouncer.
How has the Bouncer been tested?
The Bouncer design has been extensively human tested. It has also been machine-tested to over 500,000 cycles to simulate long-term saddle wear. .
Does the Bouncer require any kind of maintenance?
You are strongly advised to unbolt the Bouncer saddle approximately every five hours of use to examine its mounting regions. When noticeable grooves have formed in the rubber it is time to replace the saddle. Failure to replace the saddle when required can and will eventually result in saddle failure. Read all safety information here.
Can I use a damaged Bouncer saddle?
Never, ever, use a damaged Bouncer saddle. This is by far the most important safety consideration. Even a cut as small as 1/4" could widen suddenly under load.
How do I know when to replace the saddle?
Unbolt the saddle and examine the hidden regions where it loops around the frame. If you can feel noticeable grooves in the rubber then it is time to replace the saddle. If the grooves are 1/8" deep then you have already waited too long.
Is it dangerous to have sharp objects around the Bouncer?
Keep the Bouncer safe from any object that could cut or nick the saddle. A cut saddle is a ruined saddle.
Which lubricants can I use?
Use only 100% water-based lubricants on the Bouncer saddle. Never use petroleum jelly, mineral oil or any other kind of oil, whether natural or synthetic. Over time oil will degrade the integrity of the rubber, eventually causing saddle failure.
Where should I report a safety issue with the Bouncer?
Email any safety issue right away here.
Should I use a Bouncer if I have a rubber allergy?
We do not recommend using a Bouncer if you have a latex rubber allergy. Consult a physician first if you have a latex rubber allergy but still want to use a Bouncer.
